Kara has 20 +years of experience as a senior executive and in-house counsel, most recently for a division of Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., a Fortune 250 company.  She was a contributing member of the senior management team that effectively grew Stanley’s Security business (headquartered in Fishers, Indiana) from an $80M acquisition in 2003 to a $2.1B business at the time of her departure in June 2017.  She brings a variety of management and legal expertise to this endeavor.

Brett has 15+ years’ experience managing and coordinating the disposal, reuse or recycling of hazardous and non-hazardous materials, as well as universal wastes and organic wastes.  Brett has the capabilities and experience managing multiple waste streams generated by several customer locations throughout the United States and is familiar with servicing the needs of large national and regional accounts.
